Dr. Thomas S. Harris, Jr.
My passion is to help individuals and families on a healing journey by providing Faith-Integrated Therapy (FIT), which uses evidence-based therapies supported by and administered through the Scriptures. After overcoming personal and professional challenges, I know firsthand the importance of spiritual, mental, and physical health. As a pastoral counselor with experience in chaplaincy, crisis response, marriage, trauma, and veterans' care, I have developed a deep commitment to helping people restore balance.
My passion is not only to help individuals and families but also to come alongside churches by filling in technology gaps, connecting churches with counselors, or providing a platform for churches to counsel their congregations remotely online.
Whether you are a church leader looking for additional resources for your congregation, a counselor interested in expanding your practice, or someone seeking care and guidance, BeFIT Counseling offers a safe, secure, and convenient platform to provide healing and hope.
