Who We Are

BeFIT Counseling aims to build a nationwide network of pastoral counselors dedicated to serving churches and individuals anytime, anywhere. Whether you're a church leader seeking additional support for your congregation, a pastoral counselor looking to expand your impact, or someone in need of care and guidance, BeFIT Counseling provides a safe, secure, and HIPAA-approved digital platform designed to bring healing, hope, and support to those in need.

What We Believe

“We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We affirm the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus as the foundation of our hope and healing. Our mission is to provide the best evidence-based therapy, supported by and administered through the Scriptures reflecting the love and mission of Christ Jesus. We serve each individual by addressing their spiritual, mental, and physical needs, guiding them toward wholeness through God’s Word and the transforming power of Christ Jesus.”

How it Works

  • Church leaders can schedule an online meeting through the link above to learn more and create an account.

  • Churches then refer congregants for counseling.

  • The congregant gains access through our robust HIPAA-approved client portal.

  • Through the Church portal, the church can verify appointments and pay invoices. Churches will not have access to any personal data.

  • Within the client portal, you may schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory session. This pre-counseling meeting allows you to meet your counselor, ask questions, and determine if it's the right fit. It's also a time to discuss and agree on a schedule for future appointments.

  • If you don’t have a church sponsor, you can register at the client portal and proceed with private pay. Rates are $65.00 - $95.00 per 60-minute session, depending on the counselor’s education and experience.
